We're building the next generation of intelligent platforms to help financial institutions automate and comply with regulatory requirements. We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer eager to solve complex challenges at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering.
In this role, you'll design and develop scalable AI solutions that power critical product capabilities, including document summary, recommendation engine, guided user experience, and classification-leveraging large language models.

Role and responsibilities

  • Define design patterns before implementation to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Write clean, modular, and efficient Python code to support AI workflows.
  • Deploy and optimize cloud-native applications using AWS services and frameworks such as Bedrock, OpenSearch, Lambda, EC2, S3, and LangChain.
  • Ensure rigorous testing and validation of AI models, leveraging prompt engineering.
  • Translate user experience into agentic workflows.
  • Adopt an agile mindset to continuously improve product design and performance.
  • Clearly and concisely articulate designs and solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's in computer science or data science or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Must have experience in coding and testing with GenAI Co-pilot tools.
  • Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services, especially Bedrock and serverless infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new tools and frameworks.
  • Solid foundation in NLP, ML algorithm, and transformer architecture
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
