We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in streamlining our software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation solutions that enhance our development, testing, and deployment processes.

Role and responsibilities

  • Design and develop automated CI/CD pipelines using Python and industry-standard tools.
  • Configure and manage infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
  • Collaborate with developers and operations teams to bridge the gap and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Implement and maintain configuration management for servers and applications.
  • Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Continuously improve DevOps practices and tools to optimize efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or Python for automation tasks. Python is a must have skill.
  • Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and tools for securing infrastructure and applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
