Act as the "right hand" to the founders. You ensure our current projects are healthy while identifying where the business should go next.
Role and responsibilities
- Rapid Prototyping: Build internal tools, scripts, or low-code/no-code MVPs to automate founder workflows or test new revenue streams.
- Business Intelligence: Analyze current project profitability and market sentiment to suggest our next "niche" (e.g., "Why we should focus on AI-Agents for Fintech").
- Project Pulse-Check: Maintain the internal dashboard. Track milestones for current MVP clients and flag any risks to the Founders immediately.
- Strategic Execution: Help the founders in "non-technical" tasks that move the needle (e.g., improving client onboarding, identifying operational bottlenecks).
- Expansion Experiments: Research and test new revenue streams, such as "AI-Readiness Audits" for late-stage startups.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with a strong interest in the startup ecosystem.
- Familiarity with the "AI/Tech" landscape.
- A hyper-organized generalist who hates "messy" processes.
- Strong data visualization skills (Notion, Sheets, or BI tools).
